An Annual Pass Membership entitles you to:
- Free entry into The Workshops Rail Museum for 12 months, including events and exhibitions.
- Discounted Steam Train tickets on excursions run by The Workshops Rail Museum.
- BIG NOISE magazine, published quarterly.
- 10% discount in the Museum Shop and Trackside Café.
- Additional benefits currently include 10% discount off general entry into other Queensland Museum Network campuses. These include Queensland Museum & Sciencentre in Brisbane, Cobb+Co Museum in Toowoomba and the Museum of Tropical Queensland in Townsville. Discount may not apply for temporary exhibitions and special events. Contact the relevant Museum prior to visiting to avoid disappointment.

An Annual Pass Membership is the equivalent of only two visits:
- Adult: $40
- Child (ages 3 to 15): $23
- Concession (on presentation of Concession Card): $34
- Family (2 Adults and up to 4 Children): $118
