Little Nippers

Designed for children from 2 - 6 years, Little Nippers (formerly Nippers Play & Learn) encourages fun and discovery learning around a museum object.
No need to book – just come along and join in the fun.

At each session, the Little Nippers box is opened to reveal a mystery object. Children learn about that object or theme, with a story, dance or finger play, song and creative activity. Themes change monthly, so mark us on your calendar - we look forward to seeing you.

Little Nippers is held every Thursday* at 9:45am. Families meet at the big black steam locomotive in Moving Goods. The staff-led program runs in a designated space, concluding at 10:30am. *(except during school holidays).

Participating families are then invited to our Trackside Café to unwind and enjoy our special offer.

For further information call us on (07) 3432 5100 or contact us using our online inquiry form. Or sign up for our eNews to be first to know what’s going on at The Workshops Rail Museum.

Little Nippers 2019 commences Thursday 7th March, 2019.
